Moone Credit is store credit held in your Moone account. It has a clear monetary value, so there are no points or reward codes to convert.
When will purchase credit appear?
Earned on eligible purchases and added once your order is completed.
How do I use my credit?
Sign in with the email address linked to your account before checkout. Your available Moone Credit will appear as a payment option.
Can I choose how much credit to use?
Shopify applies the maximum usable balance to an eligible checkout. At this time, a smaller partial amount cannot be selected.
Does Moone Credit expire?
Moone Credit currently has no expiration date. If this changes, we will provide notice in the program terms.
How do I receive my birthday gift?
Save your birthday month when you join Moone. Your birthday gift will be added during your birthday month each year.
