WARRANTY COVERAGE

Your Moone piece is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues related to workmanship.

It does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, tarnishing, accidental damage, damage caused by improper care, lost items, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

Every Moone piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity confirming the use of genuine lab-grown diamonds.

Each finished piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio to ensure it meets the Moone standard for quality, finish, and craftsmanship.
